Parts / Shaft Loader

The ILS-RBL is an ultra-fast loading technology designed for semi-finished round parts to be automatically guided and positioned into the machine spindle, significantly increasing productivity. Suitable for counter-spindle lathes and Ideal for medium to large batch sizes. The feeding of the workpiece is carried out in one step. Short reloading times are present due to a single-piece pusher system and high traverse speeds. This machine can load material with diameters of up to 80mm / 105mm and bar lengths of 800mm / 1200mm. (other lengths available upon request)

For fluid logistics, Pronal’s has designed a motor-driven pump.

In modular chassis, it allows the pumping of:

  • Drinking water
  • Waste water
  • Or fuel (diesel F54, gasoline F67, kerosene F34, F35, JP8, Jet A1, avgas 100LL F18 or mono fuel F63).

Depending on the operating environment, this motor-driven pump system can be offered on a chassis, on a trailer or as a containerized solution. The thermal or electric motor of this pump drives a volumetric or centrifugal pump to ensure the required flow and pressure.

The steel (or painted aluminum alloy) frame allows the creation of light refueling, bunkering, transfer or unloading units. They are adjustable in size and flow rate (200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 Lpm).

This motor driven water pump is used for the realization of:

  • Modular secondary depots,
  • Depots for field service stations,
  • Tactical refueling solutions such as FARP (Forward Area Refueling Equipment) and ABFDS (Air Bulk Fuel Delivery System).

Combined with Pronal’s flexible storage and fluid transport tank solutions, these units provide high mobility for deployments.
