Bladder Rupture Relay - BRR
The Bladder Rupture Relay (BRR) is associated with the STP rubber bag transformer. It is an intelligent system capable of detecting any abnormal liquid present in the preservative membrane. For example, it can detect oil in case of leakage or condensation due to a dryer problem.

Kit contents:
- 1 optical sensor with a 5 m cable
- 1 connection unit
- 1 outside control relay with LEDs
- Temperature resistance: -20°/+100°C
First, the optical sensor is placed in the compensator, through the flange. The installation can be done during the assembly or during a maintenance operation. The connection box is used to connect the sensor to the external control unit installed in the transformer’s electrical panel.
Equipped with two LEDS, the control unit allows a permanent visual monitoring. The red LED indicates the anomaly; the green LED indicates the normal situation. Thus, the BRR Bladder Rupture Relay avoids unnecessary maintenance costs and time.

Rubber Bag Transformer - STP
The STP rubber bag transformer is used to protect the dielectric oil in power transformers. It is also called a flexible separator or compensation balloon.
The STP inflates and deflates by compensating for the change in volume. It provides separation between air and oil inside the hydraulic conservator. This avoids: oil pollution, condensation, oxidation, and hydrolysis
Thus, the system protects the dielectric oil from external contamination.
The flexible separator has a high mechanical strength. In addition, it is impermeable to gases, oils and water. These characteristics make this transformer conservator airbag an efficient compensator for the protection of electrical transformers.
Assembled by hot vulcanization in autoclave, no leakage is possible. We manufacture this product to measure (material, dimensions, flange and fixing brackets). This rubber bag transformer can then have different shapes according to your needs: cylindrical, rectangular, elliptical, or even special shapes.

Bladder Surge Vessel - MAB
The bladder surge vessel is a compensating membrane. We always install them inside the tanks and grids under pressure. They can compensate the variation of the volume and to restrict the effects of water hammers.
Manufactured from elastomers and plastomers, this bladder surge vessel forms an interface for the protection of liquids by gases. This product is assembled by high frequency welding or by hot vulcanization in autoclave.
They are designed to:
- absorb water hammer: during a sudden closing or opening of a valve,
- soften pulsations: due to the diaphragm of a pump which generates pressure oscillations
- compensate for a pressure variation: when there is a loss of volume so the pressure can remain the same
Our compensation membranes prevent overpressures that could be harmful to the various elements of the installation.
These flexible membranes are completely watertight. We can customize them to fit the tank in which they will be installed.

Hydraulic Oil Separator - EXP
The EXP hydraulic oil separator allows the separation of hydraulic fluids contained in a tank. It looks like a synthetic rubber bladder that is perfectly deformable. It can be placed either inside or outside the tank, depending on the needs. Real auxiliary tanks, they can be made flat or shaped.
The product will compensate for volume variations. These variations can deteriorate the characteristics of the oil and the hydraulic system components. The compensators are permanently installed within the system, making it autonomous, and require no maintenance.
This hydraulic oil separator allows:
- To avoid emulsion, air in the oil, condensation in the tanks, or pollution of the oil by dust
- To eliminate turbulence and the risk of leaks, whatever the orientation of the tank.
- The operation in water immersion
These hydraulic compensators are available as standard. However, they can also be custom-made according to the dimensions of your tanks and the volume to be compensated.
Suggested Applications: Oil volume compensation, Food-stuff volume compensation.
