By design, the MCS pneumatic tube gripper range combines the advantages of the double pneumatic bottle gripper MCB range with a more compact height. In addition, for users who need to fill pallets with different size bottles, these grippers can easily replace several models from the pneumatic tube gripper long neck MC range with just one system.
Indeed, its low height fits both long or short neck bottles. The pneumatic tube grippers are widely used to avoid changing grippers between two types of bottles. Only the spacing between the grippers need be changed.
Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. A food-safe coating can be added to the grippers on request. Depending on your installation, the inflatable rings will be adapted with reinforcing, a threaded ring height, etc.

Double Pneumatic Bottle Gripper - MCB
The MCB double pneumatic bottle gripper range is used for long or short neck bottles. Its dual-ring profile means that it can cover a wider range of diameters (12 to 45 mm). It is widely used to avoid changing grippers between two types of bottles. Indeed, only the spacing between the grippers need be changed.
Our range of pneumatic bottle grippers is manufactured in our workshops from NPVC coated fabric and assembled by hot vulcanization in autoclave.
Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Nevertheless, thanks to our design office, we can make custom-made products. For example, a food-safe coating can be added on request on the double pneumatic bottle gripper. In addition, depending on your requirements and your pallet loader heads, the inflatable rings will be adapted with reinforcing, a dual air supply, a threaded ring height, etc.

Pneumatic Tube Gripper Long Neck - MC/ML
The standard MC/ML pneumatic tube gripper long neck range is dedicated to pallet loading long neck bottles like Bordeaux and Burgundy wines, or others. Many diameters are available to adapt to the bottle volume.
The standard lengths are 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Supplied with air, these inflatable rings are used to handle layers of bottles by pinching the bottle necks. Their wide contact surface and soft textile finish that comes as close as possible to the bottle collar avoids any tipping.
To meet quality requirements, the pneumatic tube grippers long neck is available with food-safe material coating on request. Depending on your installation, the grippers will be adapted with reinforcing, a dual air supply, a threaded ring height, etc.
For short-necked bottles, there is a range of pneumatic tube gripper short neck, or half pneumatic bottle gripper.

MCC pneumatic tube gripper short neck range is dedicated to short neck bottles for small quantities, like miniatures. For this type of bottle, there is also the range of half pneumatic bottle gripper. Their thinness when deflated means that they can be inserted easily between the rows of bottles.
Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Other dimensions can be tailor-made to match the pallet loading plan.

Half Pneumatic Bottle Gripper - MDG
The range of MDG half pneumatic bottle gripper is dedicated to gripping rows of bottles, carafe type bottles or ones with a wide neck diameter. For this type of bottle, there is also the range of double pneumatic bottle gripper.
Two grippers are needed to grip a row of bottles. A link part is used to maintain the spacing between the two grippers. In addition, the half pneumatic bottle gripper offers an evenly distributed thrust.
Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Other dimensions can be produced in line with the pallet layout diagram.
A food-safe coating can be added on request. Depending on your installation requirements, other options may be added to the inflatable rings such as reinforcing, a dual compressed air supply, a threaded rod height, etc.

The pneumatic moulded gripper range is fitted with a strip along their entire length that adapts to the complex shape of the bottle rings. Several diameters can be performed to adapt to the different volumes.
