Centric Grippers
Equipped with three centrically arranged gripper fingers, RÖHM centric grippers are optimally suited for universal and self-centering gripping of round workpieces. Especially on robots or portals, the 3-jaw centric grippers prevail with their compact design, low dead weight and high gripping force

DURO-A
DURO-A
Power chucks with through-hole.
Power chucks are chucks for cutting and/or grinding machining on machine tools or machining centers. In contrast to manual chucks, the clamping jaws are opened and closed automatically. A hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder is controlled by the machine and actuates the opening/closing mechanism of the lathe chucks.

DURO-A Plus
DURO-A Plus
Power chucks with extra large through-hole.
The DURO-A Plus is a three-jaw chuck with an especially large through-hole, which can be actuated automatically, i.e. hydraulically or pneumatically, by a CNC machine via a cylinder. It is mainly used for turning cylindrical and disc-shaped blanks as well as for machining bars and pipes. It scores points by its very advantageous outer diameter / drill hole ratio, a reduced interference contour as well as high speeds. This makes it especially suited for efficient use in automated manufacturing. The DURO-A Plus supplements the DURO-A series with a chuck with a very large through-hole. It replaces the Röhm chuck of the KFD-HS type. The jaws of the KFD-HS fit on all chucks of the DURO-A family (DURO-A and DURO-A Plus).

DURO-M – SCROLL CHUCK WITH SPIRAL RING
The Duro-M is a manually actuated scroll chuck with through-hole. It is mainly used on conventional turning machines for machining turned parts.
The chuck body of the Duro-M is basically made of steel and designed for optimum accessibility, while at the same time reducing weight and mass inertia. A drip edge for coolant is incorporated on the circumference. The end face is flattened towards the edges.
The Duro-M is available in two-jaw, three-jaw, four-jaw, and six-jaw versions. On the connection side, cylindrical mounting (mounting from the rear [DIN 6350, form A], mounting from the front [DIN 6350, modified]), short taper mounting (mounting from the front [ISO 702-1/DIN 55026], Camlock [ISO 702-2/DIN 55029], and bayonet [ISO 702-3/DIN 55027]) are available.

Hybrid Clamps
A precisely centered and deformation-free setup is of utmost importance, especially for easily deformable workpieces, which require turning machining from all three sides within one working operation. Thanks to the combination of magnetic clamping force and deformation-free centering, workpieces, such as rings or other hard-to-grip parts having a wide range of sizes and contours, can be precisely clamped within seconds with the hybrid chuck MZMF

Independent Chucks
Independent chucks from RÖHM are particularly successful and effective when force has top priority. Due to the increased rigidity and optimal wear behavior, they are especially suitable for the initial machining of irregular, regular and round workpieces and make high machining forces and a longer machine service life possible.
The four jaws can be independently adjusted via the threaded spindle, thereby allowing the safe and easy clamping of irregular, regular, as well as round workpieces.

Jaw Cutting Attachment
For turning out unhardened and grinding out hardened jaws. The adjusting jaws are reversible and infinitely variable. Using the jaw cutting attachment (BAV), the chuck can be put into the status it assumes later during workpiece machining (pre-clamping) within a few seconds. The turned clamping surfaces of the chuck jaws are thus form-fit and exactly concentric in the clamped state.

Key Bar Chucks with Quick Jaw Change System
The RÖHM key bar chucks with quick jaw change system are used successfully in areas where extremely high clamping forces, high concentricity and reliable long-term repeatability are required.
RÖHM key bar chucks with quick jaw change system prevail in two ways. On the one hand, the jaws can be turned, changed or offset in just a few seconds thanks to the quick-change system. This reduces setup times. On the other hand, the key bar system prevails with very high clamping forces and accuracy that is twice that which is specified in DIN 6386. This is made possible by the large and straight force transmission surfaces between the key bar and jaw teeth.

NC-Compact Vices
NC-Compact vices from RÖHM are optimally suited for one-off and series production. Different models and model lengths facilitate optimum adaptation to the workspace, workpiece and machining task. They are particularly suited for use on machining centers, milling machines and are ideal for 5-sided machining. These premium vices prevail due to a stable and compact design for the highest clamping precision and best workpiece accessibility. By simply turning the clamping force pre-setting, a clamping force of up to 60 kN can be achieved. With workpieces that are sensitive to deformation, the force amplification can be disabled.

Parallel Grippers (Long-Stroke)
The 2-jaw long stroke gripper allows for large jaw strokes, thanks to its design, and is therefore optimally suited for handling large parts and high part diversity. Due to the sealed guide, it is often used in harsh environments. The centric clamping is realized via the synchronization of the two toothed racks with a gear wheel.

Swivel Units
For automated loading and unloading of machine tools as well as for quick and precise insertion of components in assembly systems, the RSP-Flex swivel units provide an alternative to complex custom designs. Thanks to the modular structure and the extensive expansion options, they can be integrated flexibly and reliably. The innovative shock absorber concept with flexible and infinitely variable adjustability in all end positions allows for smooth and precise swiveling.

Synthetic Grippers (Soft) Grippers
Whether round material, prismatic workpieces or free-form surfaces, the synthetic RRMG gripper from RÖHM is individually adapted to the workpiece and then produced. This guarantees not only a perfect grip, but it also saves a considerable amount of weight thereby reducing the accelerated masses. Only a 3D model of the workpiece is required, and RÖHM will produce the individual synthetic RRMG gripper based on that. This customer-specific solution is therefore perfect for gripping and clamping sensitive workpieces with complex geometries.
