The air lifting bag is part of the essential equipment dedicated to the extraction of blocks of marble, granite or any other stone. Air Lifting Bags - Cylindrical Air Lifting Bag- CLC

The CLC cylindrical air lifting bag can lift, and hold loads up to 12 tons. Among these important loads we find cars, trucks, agricultural machines or small planes.

Its thickness when empty is very low, making it easy to install in small spaces.

Once inflated with air, the inflatable lifting bag takes a cylindrical shape under pressure. This pneumatic cushion offers a significant lifting height up to 1 m high. This air lifting bag is the ideal solution for interventions in rough areas.

The large contact surface of the system allows the lifting force to be distributed over a larger area. The specific accessories for this range allow to secure the inflation pressure up to 1 bar.

For the lifting of larger loads, other air cushions are available, such as high-pressure air lifting bags or stack bags.

The high-pressure air lifting bag, lifts, wedges and pushes heavy loads mainly horizontally. However, its actions can also be performed vertically, for example for pipe wedging. Depending on the model, the lifting capacity of this pneumatic cushion ranges from 1 to 65 tons. The lifting stroke can be up to 500 mm high.

Air Lifting Bags - Low-Pressure Air Lifting Bag - CBP

The CBP low-pressure air lifting bag has a parallelepipedic inflated shape. It allows to lift quickly and at great height any type of load from 1 to 5 tons.

Its dimensions of 25 mm when empty allow it to be installed in narrow passages. Moreover, this lifting system offers a significant lifting height, between 400 and 760 mm, depending on the dimensions.

This low-pressure air lifting bag can be inflated from an air compressor, with a pressure of 0.5 bar. However, it can also be inflated from a vehicle exhaust outlet. Therefore, the system is completely autonomous. Many accessories are available to ensure the pressurization.

Its low weight, its handling handles, and its designed markings facilitate the transport and the installation of the low-pressure air lifting bag. For an even greater stroke, it is possible to superimpose cousins.

Assembled by hot vulcanization, it is resistant to many aggressions: abrasion, friction, nature of the ground, … Indeed, as a real pneumatic jack, the CBP is indispensable on sand, earth or mud. For example, it is an essential tool for removing mud from a vehicle.

Air Lifting Bags - Stack Bag- CPF

Unlike the other ranges (CLT and CBP), the stack bag has the particularity. This cushion has a flat, non-slip surface. This guarantees the stability of the load. They can be stacked up to 3 cushions to reach a stable and secure lifting height of more than 500 mm. The airbag has a positioning mark to reinforce the safety and use of the product.

Moreover, thanks to its lightness and its low thickness when empty (25 mm), the use of this pneumatic lifting cushion is simple and fast. This stack bag can be used for civil protection, maintenance, industry etc.

The pressurization of the pneumatic lifting systems is controlled by a remote-control box. Thus, the operator can work in complete safety. A valve limits the inflation pressure to 10 bar. We offer a wide range of accessories to meet all customer applications.

The MCB double pneumatic bottle gripper range is used for long or short neck bottles. Its dual-ring profile means that it can cover a wider range of diameters (12 to 45 mm). It is widely used to avoid changing grippers between two types of bottles. Indeed, only the spacing between the grippers need be changed.

Our range of pneumatic bottle grippers is manufactured in our workshops from NPVC coated fabric and assembled by hot vulcanization in autoclave.

Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Nevertheless, thanks to our design office, we can make custom-made products. For example, a food-safe coating can be added on request on the double pneumatic bottle gripper. In addition, depending on your requirements and your pallet loader heads, the inflatable rings will be adapted with reinforcing, a dual air supply, a threaded ring height, etc.

Pronal’s effluent storage tank is the perfect solution for storing agricultural and industrial effluents. With available volumes ranging from 50 m3 to 500 m3, or even more thanks to the possibility of custom-made tanks, you can store a large quantity of effluent for a long period of time.

This effluent tank is resistant: it is manufactured from PVC coated fabric specific to effluent storage and assembled by high frequency welding. Its highly resistant coated fabric is also compatible with most acidic or basic liquids. These flexible effluent tanks can store:

Emergency Pipe Plug Diameter Greater Than 1000mm - OFR

The OFR is an inflatable emergency pipe plug with a diameter greater than 1000 mm. It has been specially designed to plug pipes with large diameters. The diameter of the pipe defines the inflation pressure. It is dedicated to the reliable and permanent sealing of pipes.

In the event of a disaster, the emergency pipe plug inflates and acts as a valve that retains the polluting products. Once confined, these liquids are pumped or diverted to a retention basin. The sealing balloon thus stops the propagation of chemical products or fire water, eliminating any risk of pollution.

Pronal’s fertilizer tank is the ideal solution for long or medium term storage of liquid nitrogen/sulfur fertilizers. Meeting your expectations, this tank is equipped with fittings and valves for an optimized filling and emptying. The closed tank controls the strong odors which can emanate from fertilizers. Moreover, the stored fertilizers will be protected from the rain. Therefore, they will keep their real volume and will not be dissolved by rain. This will allow them to keep their purity and efficiency.

The RAM fuel bolted tank is a bolted hydrocarbon storage tank. With a cylindrical shape and a fixed roof, it ensures the storage of all types of fuel (diesel, jet, fuel oil) for oil depots. The RAM is a hybrid tank. Indeed, it has the advantages of conventional steel tanks coupled with the advantages of the flexible tank:

Pronal’s gas holder is an independent external storage. It allows the storage of gas with an optimal gas tightness. Indeed, this product is composed of an elastomer membrane with a specific textile coating.

It can store several types of gasses such as CH4, H2, CO2 and others. It ensures their conditioning and mixing.

The gas holder can be used for several activities:

• Hydrogen production by electrolysis
• Production of syngas by pyrolysis
• Recovery of non-condensed gases by pyrolysis

Half Pneumatic Bottle Gripper - MDG

The range of MDG half pneumatic bottle gripper is dedicated to gripping rows of bottles, carafe type bottles or ones with a wide neck diameter. For this type of bottle, there is also the range of double pneumatic bottle gripper.

Two grippers are needed to grip a row of bottles. A link part is used to maintain the spacing between the two grippers. In addition, the half pneumatic bottle gripper offers an evenly distributed thrust.

Two lengths are available as standard: 1320 mm and 1460 mm. Other dimensions can be produced in line with the pallet layout diagram.

A food-safe coating can be added on request. Depending on your installation requirements, other options may be added to the inflatable rings such as reinforcing, a dual compressed air supply, a threaded rod height, etc.

Inflatable Jack for Transformer Winding - VTR

The VTR inflatable jacks allow the adjustment of the height of the windings of the transformers. Indeed, during the assembly of the transformer, and at the end of the winding drying phase, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the height of the windings.

When they are empty, the lifting bags are thin and flexible. It is then very easy to slide them between the windings. Once inflated with air, they gently lift the coil without deforming it. The operator can insert or remove the shims to adjust the height of the coil.

This transformer winding adjustment system is an alternative to the traditional hammer wedge. It not only saves time but also prevents damage to the coil.
