Suction Spider
Vacuum Gripping Systems
Schmalz's complex vacuum gripping systems let you implement decisive productivity increases during automated processes. The systems range from layer and vacuum area gripping systems to ready-to-install vacuum suction spiders for use in all areas of automation.
Schmalz individually designs vacuum suction spiders for your application needs. The vacuum suction spiders have been designed according to a modular principle. All versions of the vacuum suction spider are derived from the basic design which can be flexibly optimized for complex handling tasks. Our experienced system consultants also use individual vacuum components from our broad range of products.

Synthetic Grippers (Soft) Grippers
Whether round material, prismatic workpieces or free-form surfaces, the synthetic RRMG gripper from RÖHM is individually adapted to the workpiece and then produced. This guarantees not only a perfect grip, but it also saves a considerable amount of weight thereby reducing the accelerated masses. Only a 3D model of the workpiece is required, and RÖHM will produce the individual synthetic RRMG gripper based on that. This customer-specific solution is therefore perfect for gripping and clamping sensitive workpieces with complex geometries.
