Air Lifting Bags - Air Lifting Bag for Extracting Block
The air lifting bag is part of the essential equipment dedicated to the extraction of blocks of marble, granite or any other stone. Indeed, its low thickness when empty allows it to be easily inserted in the sawing trenches. Several inflatable cushions are used simultaneously to spread the blocks of stone. They are maintained at a certain level by means of anchoring cables.
In addition, filled with air via a compressor, the quarry airbag spreads the rock evenly. This is followed by overlapping or shifting of the cushions until the stone blocks are tilted.

The CLC cylindrical air lifting bag can lift, and hold loads up to 12 tons. Among these important loads we find cars, trucks, agricultural machines or small planes.
Its thickness when empty is very low, making it easy to install in small spaces.
Once inflated with air, the inflatable lifting bag takes a cylindrical shape under pressure. This pneumatic cushion offers a significant lifting height up to 1 m high. This air lifting bag is the ideal solution for interventions in rough areas.
The large contact surface of the system allows the lifting force to be distributed over a larger area. The specific accessories for this range allow to secure the inflation pressure up to 1 bar.
For the lifting of larger loads, other air cushions are available, such as high-pressure air lifting bags or stack bags.

The high-pressure air lifting bag, lifts, wedges and pushes heavy loads mainly horizontally. However, its actions can also be performed vertically, for example for pipe wedging. Depending on the model, the lifting capacity of this pneumatic cushion ranges from 1 to 65 tons. The lifting stroke can be up to 500 mm high.

Air Lifting Bags - Low-Pressure Air Lifting Bag - CBP
The CBP low-pressure air lifting bag has a parallelepipedic inflated shape. It allows to lift quickly and at great height any type of load from 1 to 5 tons.
Its dimensions of 25 mm when empty allow it to be installed in narrow passages. Moreover, this lifting system offers a significant lifting height, between 400 and 760 mm, depending on the dimensions.
This low-pressure air lifting bag can be inflated from an air compressor, with a pressure of 0.5 bar. However, it can also be inflated from a vehicle exhaust outlet. Therefore, the system is completely autonomous. Many accessories are available to ensure the pressurization.
Its low weight, its handling handles, and its designed markings facilitate the transport and the installation of the low-pressure air lifting bag. For an even greater stroke, it is possible to superimpose cousins.
Assembled by hot vulcanization, it is resistant to many aggressions: abrasion, friction, nature of the ground, … Indeed, as a real pneumatic jack, the CBP is indispensable on sand, earth or mud. For example, it is an essential tool for removing mud from a vehicle.

Air Lifting Bags - Stack Bag- CPF
Unlike the other ranges (CLT and CBP), the stack bag has the particularity. This cushion has a flat, non-slip surface. This guarantees the stability of the load. They can be stacked up to 3 cushions to reach a stable and secure lifting height of more than 500 mm. The airbag has a positioning mark to reinforce the safety and use of the product.
Moreover, thanks to its lightness and its low thickness when empty (25 mm), the use of this pneumatic lifting cushion is simple and fast. This stack bag can be used for civil protection, maintenance, industry etc.
The pressurization of the pneumatic lifting systems is controlled by a remote-control box. Thus, the operator can work in complete safety. A valve limits the inflation pressure to 10 bar. We offer a wide range of accessories to meet all customer applications.
