Oil Storage Tank

The oil storage tank is the ideal solution for temporary or permanent storage of dielectric oil. PRONAL flexible tanks are made from technical fabrics coated with elastomer, which are particularly suitable for oil storage. These fabrics are also resistant to extreme weather conditions.

This tank is mainly used for:

  • On-site maintenance operations
  • Commissioning operations on transformers
  • Rapid expansion of storage facilities
  • Storage awaiting recycling/treatment

This oil storage tank ranges from 1 to 300 m3. Its accessories are adapted to the most used oil regeneration units. The connection is easy and quick to set up.

Fertilizer Tank

Pronal’s fertilizer tank is the ideal solution for long or medium term storage of liquid nitrogen/sulfur fertilizers. Meeting your expectations, this tank is equipped with fittings and valves for an optimized filling and emptying. Made to measure, the filling and emptying can be placed on the sides or on the bottom.

The closed tank controls the strong odors which can emanate from fertilizers. Moreover, the stored fertilizers will be protected from the rain. Therefore, they will keep their real volume and will not be dissolved by rain. This will allow them to keep their purity and efficiency.

Retention Tank

Retention Tank

The flexible retention tank acts primarily as a double wall for flexible tanks. It is mainly used for liquid fertilizer tanks, oil storage tanks and fuel bladder.

Indeed, in case of a problem during the use of the flexible tank, the losses of fuels and oils are retained in the retention. Thus, the impact on the environment is minimized.

The flexible retention is a tailor-made solution. Several flexible tanks can be installed in the same retention tank depending on the dimensions.

Secondly, the retention tank can also contain rigid elements. Oil processing machines (or other fluids) as well as transformers and hydraulic systems can be installed there. During maintenance, they are isolated from their environment.

These flexible retentions are equipped with a metal frame made of galvanized steel. It is made of identical tubes and joints that make it easy to assemble. The flexible bund is easy and quick to deploy, about 20 minutes, and requires only 2 people for installation.

The retention can be accompanied by a drainage and rainwater filtration kit. This kit allows to filter hydrocarbons from the rainwater contained in the retention. Also, it allows the retention to remain empty and clean.

The towable tank is mainly designed to refuel forward units.

Thanks to this innovative solution, refueling can be done on board of aircrafts, helicopters and vehicles (see an example: FARP, forward advance refueling point). Indeed, depending on its storage capacity, this tank can be transported, slung or even rolled. This drop tank can be attached to a truck, a plane or a helicopter.

Made of highly resistant PVC coated fabrics and assembled by vulcanization, this towable tank is very robust. Therefore, it can be dropped full, without risk of damage. Moreover, it is resistant to extreme weather conditions.

In addition, this drop height reaches:

  • 12 meters for the 200 liters,
  • And 5 meters for the 1000 and 1900 liters.

Pronal’s flexible water tank can be used, temporarily or permanently, as a water tank for construction sites. Simple and quick to install, it is also very light and therefore easily transportable. Made from highly resistant PVC coated fabric (1300 gr/m2) and assembled by high frequency welding, the water will be well preserved. And, therefore, will not risk evaporation. This fabric is resistant to any temperature from -30°C to +70°C. The storage capacity of this range of tanks extends from 5 to 500m3.

This raw water storage tank is the standard solution. You can use it for permanent or temporary storage.

Today more than ever, the proper management of water and its preservation represent a considerable economic challenge. They are easy to transport to the site and quick to install. Therefore, PRONAL tanks are the ideal solution to easily build a water reserve.

These flexible tanks can be used:

  • For rainwater harvesting
  • As a crawl space
  • As a water reserve on construction sites

Like our other tanks, it is made from highly resistant PVC coated fabric (1300 gr/m2) and assembled by high frequency welding. This fabric resists all temperatures from -30°C to +70°C.

Crawl Space Water Storage

This crawl space water storage has the same characteristics as Pronal’s rainwater storage tank: it collects rainwater through the downspouts.

However, it is placed under the house, in the crawl space, hence its name: crawl space water storage. This saves space; it will not take up space on your property. Moreover, it is hidden and does not disturb the landscape.

For fluid logistics, Pronal’s has designed a motor-driven pump.

In modular chassis, it allows the pumping of:

  • Drinking water
  • Waste water
  • Or fuel (diesel F54, gasoline F67, kerosene F34, F35, JP8, Jet A1, avgas 100LL F18 or mono fuel F63).

Depending on the operating environment, this motor-driven pump system can be offered on a chassis, on a trailer or as a containerized solution. The thermal or electric motor of this pump drives a volumetric or centrifugal pump to ensure the required flow and pressure.

The steel (or painted aluminum alloy) frame allows the creation of light refueling, bunkering, transfer or unloading units. They are adjustable in size and flow rate (200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 Lpm).

This motor driven water pump is used for the realization of:

  • Modular secondary depots,
  • Depots for field service stations,
  • Tactical refueling solutions such as FARP (Forward Area Refueling Equipment) and ABFDS (Air Bulk Fuel Delivery System).

Combined with Pronal’s flexible storage and fluid transport tank solutions, these units provide high mobility for deployments.

The RAM fuel bolted tank is a bolted hydrocarbon storage tank. With a cylindrical shape and a fixed roof, it ensures the storage of all types of fuel (diesel, jet, fuel oil) for oil depots. The RAM is a hybrid tank. Indeed, it has the advantages of conventional steel tanks coupled with the advantages of the flexible tank:

  • Ease of transport in difficult access areas,
  • Quick implementation and dismantling,
  • Compatibility of the membrane (liner) with most hydrocarbons,
  • Modularity of the accessories.

The RAM fuel bolted tank is composed of:

  • A metal structure made of sheets bolted together,
  • A roof made of a cladding, beams, and a PVC liner guaranteeing watertightness,
  • An internal hot-vulcanized liner made of elastomer reinforced with textile fibres for storage,
  • Accessories allowing unloading/potting, level measurement, sampling and fire fighting.

Pronal’s Inflatable Trench Shield Smartshore ensures worker safety during trenching or excavation works. It is a key tool to protect them from crumbling. These systems use two inflatable cushions that once inflated are held in place by braces. These cushions can reinforce trench walls up to 2m deep. For trenches less than 1.30m deep, the terrain density and ground consistency need to be taken into account. This is why Smartshore cushions can be used horizontally in these situations. Inflatable trench shield systems can be folded up and reused.

Pronal’s gas holder is an independent external storage. It allows the storage of gas with an optimal gas tightness. Indeed, this product is composed of an elastomer membrane with a specific textile coating.

It can store several types of gasses such as CH4, H2, CO2 and others. It ensures their conditioning and mixing.

The gas holder can be used for several activities:

  • Hydrogen production by electrolysis
  • Production of syngas by pyrolysis
  • Recovery of non-condensed gases by pyrolysis
  • Anaerobic digestion
  • Methanation

According to the needs and applications, we can provide different types of gas holders for indoor and outdoor environments. Indeed, the gas holder is adaptable to containers and restricted environments.

Depending on the gas tightness required, Pronal can apply a specific coating limiting the escape of gas.

The emergency pipe plug is permanently installed in the pipes. It is maintained in the upper part of the pipe and does not interfere with the water flow.

Once installed, the plugging balloon is connected, by a flexible hose, to a control box near the manhole. It can be triggered manually in the box, or automatically using a remote electric control or a GSM remote control. Thanks to this control box we can inflate and deflate the pipe plug the shutter remotely. This system prevents the operator from going down in the pipe.
