The ILS-RBL is an ultra-fast loading technology designed for semi-finished round parts to be automatically guided and positioned into the machine spindle, significantly increasing productivity. Suitable for counter-spindle lathes and Ideal for medium to large batch sizes. The feeding of the workpiece is carried out in one step. Short reloading times are present due to a single-piece pusher system and high traverse speeds. This machine can load material with diameters of up to 80mm / 105mm and bar lengths of 800mm / 1200mm.
