Bladder Rupture Relay - BRR
The Bladder Rupture Relay (BRR) is associated with the STP rubber bag transformer. It is an intelligent system capable of detecting any abnormal liquid present in the preservative membrane. For example, it can detect oil in case of leakage or condensation due to a dryer problem.

First, the optical sensor is placed in the compensator, through the flange. The installation can be done during the assembly or during a maintenance operation. The connection box is used to connect the sensor to the external control unit installed in the transformer’s electrical panel.
Equipped with two LEDS, the control unit allows a permanent visual monitoring. The red LED indicates the anomaly; the green LED indicates the normal situation. Thus, the BRR Bladder Rupture Relay avoids unnecessary maintenance costs and time.

Bladder Surge Vessel - MAB
The bladder surge vessel is a compensating membrane. We always install them inside the tanks and grids under pressure. They can compensate the variation of the volume and to restrict the effects of water hammers.
Manufactured from elastomers and plastomers, this bladder surge vessel forms an interface for the protection of liquids by gases. This product is assembled by high frequency welding or by hot vulcanization in autoclave.
They are designed to:
- absorb water hammer: during a sudden closing or opening of a valve,
- soften pulsations: due to the diaphragm of a pump which generates pressure oscillations
- compensate for a pressure variation: when there is a loss of volume so the pressure can remain the same
Our compensation membranes prevent overpressures that could be harmful to the various elements of the installation.
These flexible membranes are completely watertight. We can customize them to fit the tank in which they will be installed.

Bleed Feed Valves
A Bleed/Feed valve acts as a 3-way, 3-position, closed center control valve, with two solenoid operators. As you can see from the pictures to the right, the Bleed/Feed valve is essentially two DASH 1 valves that have been mounted together with special porting, depending on customer requirements.

This blivet army, also called Helitank, is perfectly adapted to the transport of fuel or water under helicopters. The slinging is instantaneous; a single ring allows the tank to be hooked under the helicopter. The cross-shaped attachment skirts provide an anti-rotation device for perfect stability in flight. All the advantages of the flexible tank are combined: lightness, flexibility and solidity.

BOLT TENSIONING SYSTEMS
GLOBE Test Equipment's standard hydraulic bolt tensioning systems are built to last. These systems use oil with a very high pressure to pressurize the bolt, creating space between the nut and the flange. After this the nut can be tightened manually and when the hydraulic pressure releases, the bolt is tightened to withstand extreme conditions. Check Valves and Flow Restrictors
Valve Technology
Valves are used to control the vacuum as well as the compressed air. The right valves can increase both the process reliability and the cost-effectiveness of the vacuum system.
Check valves close the vacuum lines of uncovered suction cups. This maintains the system vacuum. Flow restrictors constrict the vacuum line. They are used predominantly in the handling of porous parts.
